TALK WECOMEONE

This was a comment made by the late German Philosopher Martin Heidegger.  He believed that education in its current state was simply producing very intelligent human beings who were incapable of thinking - at least for themselves or anything original.  Instead, he said that we were very good shufflers of information, we were very good at using what ideas were already out there and applying them to other fields. 

What humanity needs he said was an education system that was going to develop our capacities to think again, think for ourselves, think originally, think of things beyond the immediate - in other words to think creatively.  We are indeed all rather a bunch of well trained minds that are essentially empty of anything really original. 

“THINK originally” was his war cry!  And its ours too, at WeComeOne.  In fact our entire business model, the way we produce and design our collections, the way we work at the office, the way we market our clothing, the way in which we sell our clothes is all geared towards the idea of doing something original - something that hasn’t been done before. 

Our collections, and all of you who have bought from us will vouch for us, when we say that our clothes feel different!!  Its hard to put your finger on it, as to why!!  Even we’re not sure, and we produce them!  But they are different, they feel different, they boast a different message, etc. Why?  Well, I for one think its because we’ve produced something truely ORIGINAL - albeit subtly, but nevertheless different.
